I GOT A JOB!!!
I am going to be a 5th grade teacher at Calvin Smith Elementary School in Taylorsville.
I found out Friday evening. When I found out, I was so excited. My dad cooked some steaks on the BBQ and my mom bought a cheesecake. I shared my good news with all the Lakeside 8th ward Relief Society women on Super Saturday and shared my good news moment in Relief society yesterday.
Now, I am super overwhemled. School starts next Monday. I have meetings this week and a classroom to put together. Yikes.
But I am so incredibly excited and so incredibly grateful!
Get ready for lots of school posts. Yay!

I know it will be a little overwhelming (or maybe alot overwhelming) at first but just know that YOU ARE AMAZING and those kids are so blessed to have you as their teacher! There is a reason you got this job where you did and when. You'll get the hang of it all in no time!
